How In-House Teams Triage eDisclosures & DSARs Smarter, Faster & On Budget

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have full control over day-to-day investigations, employment disputes and DSARs? To not be entirely reliant on IT for every data collection or on external counsel for the most straightforward of reviews?

During this webinar, we will learn how in-house teams are finding alternative solutions to manage routine disputes and investigations –from data collection through to resolution – only involving high-cost external firms and providers when the stakes are highest.

Our panellists will address the following questions:

  • Which tools are in-house teams using to eliminate bottlenecks, while also reducing costs?
  • How are teams prioritising which matters to handle internally and which to outsource?
  • What is helping in-house teams to access evidence more quickly and accurately from difficult data sources, including Slack and Teams?
  • How can you demonstrate the ROI of tools, and highlight cost savings?

With 13 years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, I currently serve as eDiscovery Manager at Booking.com. My background spans a wide range of eDiscovery platforms, a strong consulting foundation, where I worked with a variety of corporations to understand the IT landscape, navigate evolving challenges, and implement effective solutions tailored to organizational needs.

I specialize in helping in-house legal teams with eDiscovery and investigations,—empowering them to handle day-to-day matters efficiently, reduce reliance on IT for legal holds, data collection, and minimize the need for costly external counsel except in the most critical cases.

I am currently leading a programme to expand our ediscovery solution usage to all of our brands—Kayak, Agoda, OpenTable, and Priceline. At Booking.com, we have achieved real success and significant cost savings by bringing eDiscovery in house.
